My new fav kitchen gadget
Been eyeing these Danish Whisks for a while and can't believe I waited so long to get one. They make that sticky bit of sourdough bread making (autolyzing) a breeze and I've used it for my pancake, crumpet & choc chip cookie batter. If you bake a lot, it's a great kitchen addition.
